Epic and Legendary versions are incredibly powerful. WebYou should consider if 20 into Tech is worth it. Crafting can be something you treat as a 1-time thing, crafting all that you need (eg everything to legendary) then using a tabula e-rasa to remove all the Crafting perks. But the 20 in Tech remains.

Some weapons are just broken they are so good at the higher levels and many of the iconic weapons get better perks on them as you upgrade them from rare or epic to legendary.
