I am 99.999% sure that I have the camshaft, crankshaft and injector pump sprockets in the 'original' position. But it's that 0.001% that's really strting to worry me. This is where I have them now:-. So, that is 7 deg late!! That would explain the unburned diesel??? I have now removed the inj pump and intend to advance the gear by one tooth.
